加温并丝裂霉素C治疗小鼠艾氏实体癌的光镜、电镜研究

Study of Light Microscopic, Electromicroscopic of Treatment of Ehrlich Solid Carcinoma by Hyperthermia Combined with Mitomycin C in Swiss Mice

  • 摘要: 本文用移植性艾氏实体癌的瑞士系小鼠研究高温治疗或丝裂霉素C治疗及二者联合应用的效果。实验结果:高温的治愈率为50%;高温并用丝裂霉素C的治愈率为88%。提示二者并用显著地提高治癌的效果。本研究支持丝裂霉素C有阻止产生耐热现象的论点,二者均能导致DNA合成障碍,并发挥协同作用。

     

    Abstract: This paper reported that the Swiss Mice with Ehrlich Solid Carcinoma were treated by single hyperthermia and the hyperthermia combined with mitomycin C.The result indicated that the cure rate of single hyperthermia was 50% and the cure rate of hyperthermia combined with mitomycin C was 88%.It is suggest the latter treatment may raise the effect of hyperthermia for tumors.The study shows the mitomycin C can also prevent the emergence of heat resistant in addition, the DNA synthesis in tumors may be damaged by pertbermiaorm mitomycin C.They have the cooperative actionin treatment of tumor.
