乳腺良恶性病变组织中ER,PR,PRL,6PGDH和ICDH的分布及在乳腺癌中相互关系

Distributions of ER,PR,PRL,6PGDH,ICDH in breast eancer (BC) and benign lesions (MBL) and their relationships in BC

  • 摘要: 对82例乳腺癌和35例乳腺良性病变(MBL)组织中ER、PR、PRL、6PGDH和ICDH活性进行组化检测。结果提示:乳腺癌丧失其激素依赖性高于MBL;6PGDH和/或ICDH阳性的乳腺纤维囊性增生病可能为癌前病变;乳腺癌中PR,6PGDH,ICDH的合成受雌激素诱导,可作为乳腺癌功能性ER的标志物,PRL与ER在乳腺癌中可能起相互促进作用。

     

    Abstract: Distribitions of ER, PR, PRL,6PGDH, ICDH in BC and MBL and their relationships in BC were studied by histochemical methods.In addition,the biological significances of assaying ER,PR, PRL, 6PGDH and ICDH in BC and MBL were discussed.
