摘要: 应用免疫组化S－P方法，研究100例食管癌手术标本中nm23基因产物/NDPK的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。结果显示：食管癌原发灶中NDPK的阳性表达率随着食管癌浸润深度的进展逐渐下降，当肿瘤浸润全层时，阳性表达率明显低于浸润粘膜及粘膜下层者，两者差异有显著意义（P<0．01）；无淋巴结转移者与有淋巴结转移者其阳性率差异具有显著性意义（P<0．01）。Abstract: The expression of nm23 gene product/DNPK was examined immunohis tochemically in resected human esophageal carcinomas using anti-NDPK polyclonal antibody.Of the 100 carcinomas tested,68% showed positive staining of nm23/ NDPK in the primary lesious.Inverse relationships was found nm23/DNPK expreslion and tumor invasion
