西艾克联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌
Vindesine Combination Chemotherapy for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

摘要: 用西艾克（长春地辛，VDS）为主的联合化疗方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌，（NSCLC）38例，结果总有效率达55．2％，CR1例，PR20例。毒副反应白细胞下降和胃肠道反应为最常见，但均以Ⅰ－Ⅱ度为主，其它毒性都很少，病人耐受良好。Abstract: Thirty-eight patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) were treated with Vindesine combination chemotherapy.The material showed that the total response rate was 55·2%，1 achieved CR，20 achieved PR，degree I to Ⅱ of white cell count drop and gastrointestinal toxicity were the major side effects，other side effects were seldom. The patients could tolerate this regimen.
