平阳霉素治疗头颈部血管瘤的临床观察

摘要: 用平阳霉素（BleomycinA5）瘤内注射治疗头颈部血管瘤18例。病变完全消退13例（72.2%），明显缩小3例（16.7%），无效2例（11.1%）。认为平阳霉素治疗血管瘤，方法简单易行，效果好，疗程短，愈后无疲痕。Abstract: There were 18 cases hemangioma of head and neck.The results showed 13 cases(72.2%) with tumor disappeared at all, 3 cases (16.7%) with tumor reduced obviouslv and 2 cases with no effect.It was considered that local injection of Bleomycin was effective for cavernous hemangioma and ineffective for racemose hemangtoma and this method was very simple with no scar sequels.
