肾癌组织中P53和C-myc癌蛋白的表达评价

Expression of C-myc and P53 in human renal cancer

  • 摘要: 我们通过免疫组织化学方法对5例正常肾组织和45例肾癌组织中P53和c-myc蛋白的表达水平进行检测。结果发现:5例正常肾组织中未见这两种蛋白表达。45例肾癌中P53和C-myc阳性表达率分别为(40%)18/45和(26.7%)12/45,阳性表达的C-myc和P53蛋白均定位于肾癌细胞核内,并且C-myc和P53蛋白阳性表达率与肾癌的病理分级,临床分期及患者术后生存期有关。提示P53和C-myc蛋白阳性表达与肾癌发生和发展有关,并且有可能成为评价肾癌预后的新指标。

     

    Abstract: Using immunohistochemical method, we performed the expression of P53 and C-myc in the normal renal tissues and renal cancer tissues.none of the proteins were expressed in 5 normal renal tissues.The positive rates of P53 and C-myc in renal cancer were 18/45 and 12/45 respectively, and C-myc and P53 proteins were located in nuclei in renal cancer.The expression of C-myc and P53 were associatedwith the stage, grade and survival rates of renal cancer.These results suggest that C-myc and P53 play a role in the development of renal cancer, and become a new marker of progonsis of renal cancer.
