Abstract: Actue perforation is a severe complication of the advanced colonic cancer. It may exhibit a varieties of clinical symptoms and signs, so it is often misdiagnosed and miscured. We perfrom a review analysis of 24 cases surgery treatment of colonic carcinous perforation in our hospital from 1978 to 1994, and discuss the diagonsis and surgical treatment. We found that early diagnosis and adequently operative treatment is the key to improve effectiveness of surgical management.
