摘要

摘要: 肺大细胞癌是肺癌的四种主要组织类型之一,发生率低,临床上少见但不罕见。其临床表现和X线特征与其它类型肺癌相似,但组织形态和生物学特性有其特点,肺大细胞癌有两种亚型即肺巨细胞癌和透明细胞癌,预后各异,文献中多单独报告。
