原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤7例报道及文献复习

Primary central nervous system lymphoma: Report of 7 cases and review of the literature

摘要: 本文报告原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤7例,病理类型均为B细胞型非何杰金氏淋巴瘤(NHL),全部病例采用手术和放射治疗,5例同时接受化疗,平均生存期26.1月,治疗失败主要原因是局部复发。作者结合文献对本病的发生、诊断和治疗进行讨论。

Abstract: Seven cases of primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL) were reported.All pathological types were non ～ Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), the histological typeswere B～lymphocyte lymphoma.All patients received radiotherapy after surgery,five ofthem were treated by chemotherapy.As results,the average survival was 26.1 months,and local recurrence was considered as the major cause of death.The origin, clinicalsymptoms,diagnosis and treatment of PCNSL were discussed with review of literatures.
