乳癌根治术后皮瓣坏死的防治体会
Prevention of flap necrosis after radical resection of breast carcinoma

摘要: 作者报道1990年以来行乳癌根治术89例，由于改进手术操作和术后管理，发生皮瓣坏死10例，体会在分离皮瓣时要注意保留皮肤毛细血管网，并根据距肿块远近调节皮瓣厚薄。手术中要对创面妥善止血，术毕缝皮要无张力缝合，并保持术后引流通畅，可降低术后皮瓣坏死的发生。Abstract: 89 cases who all underwent radicnl resection of breast carcinoma have been reportelsince 1990, only 10 cases developed flap necrosis. Our experiences suggost that retaining mierovasculature of flap, regulating the thickness of flap according to the distance tocancer, thoroughly stopping bleeding, suturing without tension and clearly drainingmay decrease the incidence of flap necrosis.
