卡铂复合液对胃癌、结肠癌和卵巢癌细胞毒性作用分析

Cytotoxic effect on the gastric cancer,colon cancer and ovary cancer of the carboplatin mixture liquid interaction with cellular DNA

摘要: 本研究分别比较了卡铂液和卡铂复合液对胃癌（NKM—25）、结肠癌（HT-29）和卵巢癌（OVCA）细胞株的毒性作用。结果：卡铂癌细胞穿透能力分析显示卡铂复合液保持了卡铂液对各癌细胞的明显穿透能力；卡铂癌细胞DNA结合物含量分析表明卡铂液和卡铂复合液对各癌细胞林的卡铂DNA结合物形成量没有显著性差异（P＞0．05），提示采用卡铂复合液腹腔内化疗，腹腔粘连和腹膜纤维化程度明显减轻，并发症少，是治疗胃肠道癌肿、卵巢癌等的一种安全、有效的化疗方法。

Abstract: The cytotoxic effect through interaction with celluar DNA of the carboplatin mixture liquid on the cell lines of gastric cancer(NKM-25),Colon cancer(HT-20) and ovary cancer(OVCA) were studied. There were no significantly changes in the high pentetration capacities of carboplatin into the tumour cells between carboplatin mixture liquid and carboplatin liquid. The formed platinum-DNA adducts were demonstrated no significant differences between the group of carboplatin mixture liquid and group carboplatin liquid (P＜0.05).It seems that the carboplatin mixture liquid fit the intraperitoneal chemotherapy for intraabdomonal malignacies more safely and effectively after surgical resection.
