Quantitative study of AgNOR and DNA on giant cell tumor of bone

  • 摘要: 采用AgNOR染色和流式细胞术分别对50例和30例骨巨细胞瘤(GCT)进行研究。AgNOR计数Ⅰ级7.49±1.57,Ⅱ级9.47±1.08,Ⅲ级10.67±0.37。Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级,Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级之间皆有显著性差异,Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级之间无显著性差异。FCM分析结果表明,DNA异倍体率在各级GCT之间有显著差异,各级GCT的S期百分比无显著性差异。整倍体和异倍体AgNOR计数有显著性差异。GCT复发浸润与倍体水平及AgNOR计数有关。

     

    Abstract: A sdudy on 50 and 30 cases of giant cell tumour (GCT) was perfomed respectively bythemeans of AgNOR and FCM method. The mean AgNOR count of per nucleus was 7.49±1.57 in gradeⅠ,9.47±1.08in gradeⅡ,10.67±0.37in grade Ⅲ The differences (ⅠversusⅡ,Ⅰversus Ⅲ)werestatistically significant and Ⅱ versus Ⅲ was insigniifcant at the 5 percent level. The difference ofaneuplody rate were. significant among three grade. The percentage of S phase was no significant difference among three grade. AgNOR count was higher inaneuploidy cases than that in diploidy ones.Theploidy pattern and AgNOR count were cirrelated with recurence and soft tissue invasion of GCT.
