实验陛肺转移瘤瘤灶计数的新方法

摘要: 通常采用的Bouin氏液固定后计算肺转移瘤灶数的方法,只能计算出肺表面的转移灶,而不易计算肺实质内的转移灶。HILDA WEX/ER使用注射墨汁到气管内,然后计数的方法,能较准确地计算出小的肺转移灶,但也只能计数肺表面的转移瘤灶。
