  • 摘要: 目的 寻找一种新的可靠的鉴别良恶性胸腔积液的方法;方法 根据胸腔积液是细胞良好的培养基,通过短时间的培养可以获得分散良好的中期分裂相的理论,46 例以胸腔积液就诊的患者进行胸水细胞染色体分析联合生化检测;结果 单纯细胞染色体检测阳性率为72-8 %, 与细胞学诊断符合率为91-7 %, 染色体+ CEA 阳性率提高到95-5 % (4346) ;染色体+ SF 阳性率95-6 % (4446) ;CEA+ SF阳性率91-2 % (4146), 联合检测为97-8 % ;结论 对于胸腔积液鉴别有困难的病例采取细胞染色体分析联合生化检测(CEA,SF) 可以提高诊断率。

     

    Abstract: Objective To find out an new liable method different the pleural's benign and milignant. Methods Pleural effusion is good culture medium of cells, it is easy to get metaphase phase. Assaying cell chromesome of pleural effusion combined with biochemistry test. Results Positive rate of simple chromosome assay is 72.8% conform rate with cytological is 91.7%. Positive rate of chromosome with CEA, chromosome with SF,CEA with SF seperated is 95.5%(43/46),95.6%(44/46),91.2%(41/46). combined test is 97.8%. Conclusion Pleural effusion cell chromosome assay combined with biochemistry(CEA,SF) can improve diagnosis rate.
