三种癌基因蛋白的表达在宫颈癌放疗中的预后价值研究

The Prognostic Value of Oncoprotein Expression in Uterine Cervical Carcinoma Treated with Radiotherapy alone

摘要: 目的研究P53、c-myc、bcl-2三种癌基因蛋白的表达在宫颈癌放疗中的预后价值。方法采用免疫组化ABC法检测叙例放疗未控以及与之配对的40例放疗治愈的宫颈癌患者中三种癌基因蛋白的表达。结果未控组和治愈组产表达无明显差异（52．5％VS42.5％,P＞0．05）,未控组中C－myc表达明显高于治愈组（72．5％VS42．5％,P＜0．01）bcl－2表达却明显低于治愈组（20．0％VS45．0％,P＜0．05）。结论放疗前检测宫颈癌活检标本中心c-myc、bcl-2蛋白的表达可作为判断预后的参考指标。

Abstract: Objective To study the prognostic value of the expression of p53,c-myc and bcl-2 protein in cervical carcinoma treated with radiotherapy. Methods The expression of these three oncoproteins was detcdted immunohistochemically in 40 uncontrolled cases and 40 matched curable cases. Results The study showed that p53 oncoprotein expression was not significant difference between the two groups.c-myc expression was significantly higher in the uncontrolled group than in the curable group and bcl-2 expression lower in the former than in the latter. Conclusion It is suggested that the detection of c-myc and bcl-2 oncoproteins in cervical carcinoma before radiotherapy can be used to predict prognosis.
