血清CA-50检测对消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断意义

摘要: 目的 探讨血清和腹腔积液中CA-50变化对消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。 方法 采用放射免疫法观察了54例正常人,176例消化系统常见恶性肿瘤和160例良性疾病病人血清CA-50含量。 结果 所测各种恶性肿瘤病人血清CA-50含量均显著高于正常人和相应脏器良性疾病病人；分别相比均有显著性差异（P＜0．001）,良性疾病与正常人相比无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；且恶性肿瘤病人早期即有明显增高,晚期增高更为显著。 结论 血清和腹腔积液中CA－50的检测在消化系统良恶性疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、病情估计,尤其是早期诊断和治疗后监测中均有一定实用价值。Abstract: Objective To evaluate the diagnosis value of contents of serum and asocitic CA-50 in the cases with carcinomatous ascites. Methods The serum CA-50 content was measured by radioimmunoassay in 54 normal individuals,176 patients with carcinoma of digestive system and 160 patients with benign diseases. Results The normal value was 3.80+2.45Ku/L The content of serum CA-50 in patients with carcinoma were much higher than those of healthy people and patients with benign diseases(P＜0.001 in both),and this occurred in the early stage and became even more obverious in the late stage.Taking the normal mean value plus two times of standard deviation as positive,the positive rate was 85.8% for carcinoma of digestive system.There was only two positive in 52 normals with a fales positive rate of 3.7%. Conclusion The detection of both esrum CA-50 and ascitic CA-50 may have a certain clinical prectical value in carcinoma of the digestive system diognosis,differential diagnosis and the monitor, prediction of prognosis.
