Relationship between Neck Lymph Nodes Biopsy and Prognosis in Nasopharyngeal Cancer

摘要: 目的　探讨鼻咽癌 (NPC)颈淋巴结切取活检对预后的影响。方法　收集治疗前经颈淋巴结切取活检及鼻咽活检的 NPC39例和同期仅行鼻咽活检的 NPC39例。分析两组远处转移, 颈部复发, 生存情况以及颈部活检术后距专科治疗时间与远处转移的关系。结果　两组转移率为 53.8% (2 1 /39)与 2 5.6% (1 0 /39) (P=0 .0 0 74), 颈部复发率为 :1 5.4% (6/39)和 7.7% (3/39) (P=0 .1 635) ;3年生存率为 :38.7%与 65.4% (P=0 .0 1 43)。颈活检术 2周内和 2周后行专科治疗转移率为 2 7.3% (3/1 1 )和 64.3% (1 8/2 8) (P=0 .0 347)。结论　颈淋巴结切取活检及术后未及时治疗影响 NPC患者的预后。

Abstract: Objective To reasearch the influence of neck lymph node biopsy on the prognosis for NPC. Methods The data of 39 cases with NPC diagnosed by neck lymph node biopsy and nasopharyngeal biopsy and of 39 cases by nasopharyngeal biopsy were reviewed to compare the rate of distant metastasis,neck receurrence and 3 year survial rates.
