Analysis on 6 Cases of Primary Malignant Lymphoma of the Thyroid

摘要: 目的　探讨原发性甲状腺恶性淋巴瘤的病因及诊断治疗。方法　回顾性分析 1990～ 2 0 0 0年我院收治的 6例原发性甲状腺恶性淋巴瘤的临床资料。结果　 6例非霍奇金氏甲状腺淋巴瘤中 5例合并慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎。经细针穿刺确诊 1例, 手术后确诊 5例。 6例均化疗, 2例同时合并放疗。 4例三年内死于肿瘤, 2例无瘤生存。结论　原发性甲状腺恶性淋巴瘤可能与桥本氏病有关。可行细针穿刺、活检手术确诊。应行综合治疗

Abstract: Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of primary malignant lymploma of the thyroid(PMLT). Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 6 cases with PMLT who diagnosed and treated between 1990 and 2000. Results All the cases were non-Hodgkin lymphomas,in which 5 cases combined with Hashimoto s thyroiditis. 1 case was confirmed through fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB), the other 5 cases were confirmed by resection rbiopsy.
