胃癌术后早期双路腹腔温热化疗并全身化疗的临床观察

摘要: 目的 探索胃癌术后化疗方法。方法 随机选择Ⅱ～Ⅳ期胃癌术后患者 5 6例作治疗组, 采用早期双路腹腔温热化疗并全身化疗。对照组, 选择Ⅱ～Ⅳ期胃癌术后 42例采用常规化疗的患者。结果 治疗组 5年生存率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。胃肠道反应有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。骨髓抑制两组无差异(P >0 .1 )。结论 胃癌术后早期双路腹腔温热化疗并全身化疗对胃癌术后腹腔复发和肝转移有预防作用Abstract: Objective To study new way of chemotherapy for postoperative gastrice cancer. Methods We have studied fifty-six patients with gastric cancer who have been done gastrectomy by combined intravenation with intrapertoneal hyperthermic perfusion treatmenet. Results The results have showed that their average survival period is significantly higher than that in control group( P <0.01). Conclusion We think that the treatment can prevent liver-metastasis and gastric cancer relapse after gastrectomy.
