肾细胞癌组织中b-FGF的表达与肿瘤微血管密度的关系

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨b FGF(碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 )在肾癌微血管形成中的作用及与肾癌生物学特性的关系。方法 采用免疫组化技术测定 3 5例肾癌患者癌组织和癌旁正常肾组织b FGF表达和MVD(肿瘤微血管密度)。结果 肾癌组织中b FGF表达明显高于癌旁和周围正常肾组织 (P <0 .0 1 )。b FGF表达升高与肿瘤分期、分级密切相关, 肾细胞癌组织中MVD与b FGF表达呈明显正相关。结论 b FGF是肾细胞癌组织中重要的血管生长因子之一, b FGF表达和MVD与肾细胞癌的预后有关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between the microvessel density (MVD) and basic fibroblast growth factor(b-FGF) expression in human renal carcinoma. Methods the expression of b-FGF and MVD in 35 cases of renal carcinoma were examined retrospectively byimmunohistochemical staining. Results B-FGF and MVD expression were significantly higher in human renal cancer tissue than the normal tissue surrounding the tumor, and they were of statistic significance as to clinical stage or clinical grade....
