生漆多糖抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

Experimental study of tumor treated with CPS-M

  • 摘要: 目的 观察生漆多糖 (CPS M )的抗肿瘤活性。方法 采用抗肿瘤体外试验和体内试验。结果 体外试验MTT法显示生漆多糖对人体肝癌细胞 (BEL 74 0 2 )有一定的的杀灭作用 ;体内试验表明生漆多糖对S180 和EAC荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率达 6 0 %左右 (P <0 .0 1), 生漆多糖与 5 氟尿嘧啶 (5 Fu)伍用, 能提高荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率, 对 5 Fu所致的荷瘤小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量萎缩有明显的保护作用, 对 5 Fu引起的骨髓抑制、中性粒细胞减少, 体重减轻均有不同程度的拮抗作用 (P <0 .0 5~P <0 .0 1)。结论 生漆多糖对荷瘤小鼠有较强的抗肿瘤作用, 它能提高荷瘤小鼠免疫功能, 拮抗 5 Fu所致的骨髓和免疫抑制。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe the antitumor effect of CPS M. Methods Experiments was adopted in vitro and in vivo. Results MTT method demonstrated that CPS M had some killing effect on human body liver cancer.CPS M had markedly effect of inhibitory tumor on S 180 and EAC tumor bearing mice(TBM).Its inhibitory rate was 60% or so( P <0.01).CPS M had markedly protective effect on thymus and spleen weights atrophy resulted from 5 Fu,and it had different antagonism on bone marrow,decrease of neutrop...
