巨核细胞白血病发生与细胞因子网络失衡相关性研究

Relationship between Megakaryocytic leukemogenesis and the Abnormalities of Cytokine Expression

  • 摘要: 目的 了解巨核细胞白血病细胞因子的表达谱系。方法 用RT PCR方法结合Southern印迹检测 4个分化程度不同的巨核细胞株Meg 0 1、Dami、CHRF 2 88 11、与M 0 7e的多个细胞因子表达情况, 并比较它们之间的差异性。结果  4个巨核细胞白血病细胞株均表达自分泌生长因子IL 1β、IL 3、IL 6, 涉及免疫炎症反应的细胞因子IL 1α、IL 5和IL 12 p4 0仅在细胞分化程度高的Meg 0 1中表达, 而且 4个巨核细胞株也存在不同的细胞因子表达谱系。结论 巨核细胞白血病的发生与细胞因子网络的失衡可能具有密切的关联性, 值得今后在巨核细胞白血病病人的临床诊疗过程中进一步关注

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the expression of cytokine pattern in megakaryoblastic leukemic cells and the possible involvement of cytokines in megakaryoblastic leukemogesis. Methods RT PCR and Southern blot were used to detect cytokine mRNA expression in four megakaryoblastic cell lines: Meg 01, Dami, CHRF 288 11 and M 07e and also compare the differences of cytokine expression.
