Bcl-2、CD44在肺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要: 目的　探讨Bcl 2、CD4 4s及CD4 4v6在肺癌中的表达情况及其与肺癌预后及转移的关系。方法　以SP法研究 83例原发性肺癌及 16例肺良性疾患。结果　Bcl 2、CD4 4s及CD4 4v6在肺癌组织中表达显著升高 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ), 且表达强度与肺癌类型及临床分期有关 (P <0 .0 1), 但与肺癌的分化程度无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　Bcl 2可能参与了肺癌的发生发展过程, 并可作为肺癌预后的一个指标。CD4 4v6阳性可能对肺癌转移及临床分期起一定作用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship of the expression of Bcl- 2, CD44s and CD44v6 with the oncogenesis, development and aggression of lung cancer. Methods Streptavidin- peroxidase conjugated method (SP) were used for detecting those proteins in 16 benign bronchus- lung diseases and 83 lung tumors.
