Effects of mycoplasma hyorhinis antigens on K562 cell proliferation

摘要: 目的　探讨猪鼻支原体抗原对肿瘤细胞的作用。方法　以MTT法测定猪鼻支原体抗原对肿瘤细胞增殖的影响 ;琼脂糖凝胶电泳定性检测细胞凋亡 ;TUNEL法定量检测细胞凋亡。结果　猪鼻支原体抗原呈浓度依赖性抑制K5 6 2细胞的增殖 ;在有效浓度的猪鼻支原体抗原作用下, DNALadder显示K5 6 2细胞以凋亡方式死亡, TUNEL法获得凋亡率为 38.6 %, 显著高于正常对照组 (10 .2 % )。结论　猪鼻支原体抗原可通过诱导K5 6 2细胞凋亡的方式抑制其增殖。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of mycoplasma hyorhinis antigens on human tumor cells.
