纤维蛋白原功能在非霍杰金淋巴瘤测定的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Fibrinogen's Function Determine in NHL

  • 摘要: 目的探讨纤维蛋白原(Fg)功能在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)测定的临床意义。方法用蕲蛇酶水解Fg,通过计算机自动检测系统测定以下项目:①纤维蛋白单体聚合反应速率(FMPS);②最大吸光度(AMAX);③Fg含量(Fg:c);④反应延滞时间(DT);⑤Fg功能指数(FMPS/AMAX,FI)。结果34例初诊及13例复发或未缓解NHL病人Fg功能检测结果:Fg浓度明显升高,与正常对照组比:(648±176)vs(270±84),P<0.01,(712±179)vs(270±84),P<0.01,均有显著性差异,功能增强,最大光密度增大,反应数率增大,反应延滞时间缩短,提示整个Fg功能增强,而复发或未缓解病人与初诊病人比:712±179/648±176,P<0.05,有统计学意义,表明复发或未缓解病人的Fg浓度及功能更高更强。结论Fg功能测定对指导临床NHL化疗及预后判断具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate prognostic clinical significance of fibrinogen's function determine in the NHL. Methods Acutulase hydrolyzed Fg was used by means of computer automatic detection system to detect:Fibrin monomer polymerization reaction speed(FMPS);②Maximum affracteion lominosity(AMAX);③Fg content(Fg:c);④Reaction arrearage time(DT);⑤Function index(FMPS/AMAX,FI).
