中药复方抗癌汤联合化疗治疗晚期口腔癌疗效观察

Observe the effects of Chinese herb complex decocfion on tumour combination chemtherapy on advanced mouth squamous cell carcinoma

摘要: 目的　观察中药复方抗癌汤联合化疗晚期口腔鳞状细胞癌的疗效。方法　将 12例晚期口腔癌患者随机分为治疗组 7例, 对照组 5例, 治疗 2个月后, 观察病灶大小、生存率及毒副反应, 并观察治疗后食欲、食量及体重的变化。结果　治疗组和对照组总有效 (CR +PR)率分别为 85 .71%及 6 0 % (P <0 .0 5 ), 12个月生存率分别为 10 0 %及 4 0 %, 18个月生存率分别为 5 7.14 %及 0 % (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组患者毒副反应轻微、食欲、食量及体重均有不同程度增加, 而对照组变化不明显。结论　中药复方抗癌汤配合化疗能明显提高晚期口腔鳞状细胞癌的疗效, 并有减轻化疗毒性的作用

Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of Chinese herb complex decocfion on tumour combination chemotherapy on advanced mouth squamous cell carcinoma.
