经翼点—岛叶入路显微切除前基底节区肿瘤与运动功能的保护

Microsurgical operation for basal ganglia tumors with transpterional-insula approach and preserving movement function

  • 摘要: 目的 总结 11例前基底节区肿瘤手术治疗中保护运动功能的经验。方法 采用翼点—岛叶入路对 11例前基底节区肿瘤进行显微手术治疗。结果 全切除 8例, 次全切除 2例, 部分切除 1例。术后随访 1月~ 7年, 1例死亡, 1例偏瘫, 其余 9例肌力达到或超过术前水平。结论 合适手术入路、正确的肿瘤切除方法和保护好肿瘤周围的小血管是手术治疗前基底节区肿瘤运动功能保护的关键

     

    Abstract: Objective To summarize experience with 11 cases of the basal ganglia tumors that were be treated by operation in preserving movement function. Methods Eleven patients with basal ganglia tumors were treated with microsurgical operation by pterional-insula approach. Results Tumors of 8 cases were totally resected, of 2 cases were largely resected, of 1 case partly resected .
