环氧合酶-2及诱导型一氧化氮合酶在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义

Expression of Cyclooxygenase-2 and Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase and Their Significance in Endometrial Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨环氧合酶 2 (COX 2 )与诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及与子宫内膜癌发生和进展的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测 30例子宫内膜癌组织中COX 2和i NOS的表达 ;并以逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)技术检测COX 2及iNOSmRNA的表达。结果 子宫内膜癌组织中COX 2及iNOS蛋白阳性表达率分别为 6 6 .7%和 73.3% ;子宫内膜癌及癌旁组织中COX 2及iNOSmRNA的表达均明显上调。中分化内膜癌组织COX 2蛋白的表达显著高于低分化的癌组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。子宫肌层浸润深度 >1/2的iNOS表达明显高于肌层未受累或≤ 1/2的患者 30例 (P<0 .0 5 )。COX 2和iNOS蛋白的表达呈明显的正相关 (r =0 .6 0 1,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 COX 2和iNOS的高表达与子宫内膜癌的发生及发展密切相关 ;COX 2可能主要参与子宫内膜癌发生的早期 ;iNOS的高表达与子宫内膜癌浸润能力有关

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of COX-2 and iNOS in endometrial carcinomas and to evaluate the correlation between the expression of COX-2,iNOS and clinicopathologic variables in these patients.
