摘要: 目的　探讨宫颈鳞状细胞癌中FHIT蛋白表达与临床病理的关系。方法　采用FHIT蛋白抗体和免疫组化SP法检测 10 0例宫颈鳞状细胞癌、83例癌旁不典型增生组织和 10例正常宫颈组织中FHIT表达并分析其与组织学分级和临床分期的关系。结果　FHIT蛋白表达的规律为从正常→癌旁→鳞癌, 其表达逐渐减低。癌组织与癌旁及正常组织比较, 差异均非常显著 (P =0 .0 0 0 )。FHIT蛋白表达也随鳞癌组织学分级及临床分期增高而明显减低 (P均 =0 .0 0 1)。结论　FHIT表达状况可能与宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、分化以及侵犯转移有关
