整合素β1 基因在人脑胶质瘤中的表达与临床意义

摘要: 目的 检测脑胶质瘤中整合素 β1基因表达, 阐明其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化和原位杂交法, 分析 53例人脑胶质瘤整合素 β1基因表达, 对患者随访并比较其预后。结果 整合素β1蛋白阳性率, 在 ～ 级脑胶质瘤分别为 36.3%、38.5%、72 .2 %和 81 .8%, 高级别 ( ～ )高于低级别 ( ～ ) (P<0 .0 5), 其 m RNA表达同其蛋白表达。高表达整合素β1的患者预后较差。结论 整合素β1的高表达与脑胶质瘤分化程度低、侵袭性强密切相关, 是预测患者预后的较好标示物。Abstract: Objective To detect the expression of integrin β1 gene in human gliomas and analyze its clinical significance. Methods The expression of integrin β1 gene in 53 pieces glioma was detected by immunohistochemical and hybridization technique in situ.The patients were followed and their prognosis was compared. Results Integrin β1 positive rate of immunohistochmistry in gliomas of grade Ⅰ to Ⅳ was 36.3%,38.5%,72.2%and 81.8% respectively.Integrin β1 positive rate in gliomas of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ was higher than that of gradeⅠand grade Ⅱ (P <0.05 ). The integrin β1 mRNA expression in gliomas is coincide with its protein expression . The prognosis was worse and the survival time was shorter for the patient with higher expression of integrin β1. Conclusion The higher expression of integrin β1 was correlated with the lower differentation and higher invasiveness of gliomas. And integrin β1 may be a good indicator of jubging the prognosis of gliomas patient.
