非小细胞肺癌中survivin蛋白的表达及其与p53表达的关系

摘要: 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中survivin蛋白的表达与临床病理特征的关系及其与p53表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化的链霉菌抗生物素过氧化酶法(Streptavidin-Peroxidase,SP)检测80例NSCLC组织和20例正常肺组织中survivin、p53蛋白表达情况。结果80例非小细胞肺癌组织中sur-vivin蛋白阳性例数49例,表达率为61.3%,在肺良性病变组织中,未阳性表达,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);在III~IV期肺癌组织中survivin蛋白阳性表达率显著高于I~II期肺癌组织(P<0.05),而与组织学分型、分化程度、淋巴结转移与否无关(P>0.05);survivin、突变型p53蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达呈正相关。结论survivin蛋白表达与肺癌的TNM分期密切相关,有可能成为判断病情和评价预后的指标,survivin有望成为肺癌诊断的肿瘤标志物及基因治疗的新靶点;survivin、突变型p53蛋白在肺癌组织的协同高表达可能促使肺癌病情的恶性发展Abstract: Objective To study the expression of survivin and its relationship with the clinical pathological features of the NSCLC(non-small cell lung carcinoma).
