Abstract:
Objective To study the alterations of cell immune functions of the patients with cervical cancer in early-stage and to research the relationship between the alterations and size of tumors, histological types and grades, metastasis of lymph node and lymphvascular invasion. Methods To test percent rate of NK cells and Tlymphocyte subset of 63 patients with cervical cancer in early, the healthy people were chosen as controls. Results In the peripheral blood of the patients with early-staged cervical cancer,Percent-rates of NK and CD4 Cells were very lower than that of the healthy people respectively. The rate of CD4/CD8 was much lower than that of the healthy people.Percent rate of CD8 cells was higher than that of the healthy people. The alterations of cell immune functions were related to the size of the tumors, metastasis of lymph node and lymph-vascular invasion, which were not related to the histological types and grades of the tumors. Conclusion The cell immune functions of the patients with early-staged cervical cancer were low.The larger the tumors were, the lower the cell immune functions of the patients with cervical cancer in early were.
