Abstract:
Objective To investigate the expression of p53,p21ras and nm23-H1 gene in endometrial carcinoma and their relationship with clinical pathology. Methods Immunohistochemical method(SABC) was used to study the expression of p53 p21ras and nm23 gene and their relationship with clinical pathology in 18 cases of normal proliferative endometrium,12 of atypical endometrium hyperplasia and 78 of endometrial carcinoma. Results 3 cases shows positive expression of p53.The expressions of p53,p21ras and nm23 in endometrial carcinoma are 57.69%,52.56%,71.79%,respectively.The expression of p53 has significant difference in various clinical stage, pathologic degree, and lymphoid node metastasis (P<0.01);p21ras expression showed significant difference between the pathologic degree and lymphoid node metastasis (P<0.05),which has no significant difference with clinical stage. The expression of nm23 has negative relation with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The p53,p21ras and nm23 were highly expressed in endometrial carcinoma, and the expression of p53 relates to the pathogenesis and progression of endometrial carcinoma;p21ras expression was relative to the progression of the endometrium carcinoma. The expression of nm23 was relative to the lymphoid node metastasis
