结直肠癌TK、PCNA表达的研究

Expression of TK and PCNA in Colorectal Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 目的 通过对结直肠癌及腺瘤中TK和PCNA的表达,探讨其对结直肠癌的治疗、预后所起作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学SABC法,检测54例结直肠癌及20例结直肠腺瘤中TK及PCNA的表达。结果 本研究结果表明结直肠癌中TK及PCNA的阳性表达率均比结直肠腺瘤高(P<0.05),结直肠癌中TK阳性表达率(64.8%)虽略比PCNA(51.9%)高,但差异无显性(P>0.05)。结论 TK不仅同PCNA一样,可作细胞增殖的指标,还因其参与DNA合成及细胞间“旁观者效应”等原因,从而给临床提供治疗及预后方面的有价值的参考。

     

    Abstract: Objective Expressions of TK and PCNA in Colorectal carcinoma and adenoma were studied and their relationshop with chinical therapy and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of TK and PCNA in 54 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 20 cases of colorectal adenoma. Results Positive expression rates of TK(64.8%) and PCNA(51.9%) in colorectal carcinoma are higher than those of colorectal adenoma(P<0.05),and the positive expression rate of TK is slightly higher than PCNA,which has no significant difference. Conclusion TK like PCNA can be used as the index of cell proliferation,and also because it takes part in the synthesize of cell DNA and its“by stander effect”,it can provide valuable reference for clinical treatment and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
