检测癌症患者外周血淋巴细胞微核率和核仁组成区的意义

Research on Micronucleolus and Silver-Stained Nucleolar Organized Regions of Lymphaocytes in Tumor

  • 摘要: 目的 寻找一种简便的癌症诊断和鉴别诊断的方法。方法 对58例各种癌症患者和45例正常人及37例良性肿瘤患者进行外周血淋巴细胞微核率及银染核仁组成区(AgNORs)的观察。结果 癌症患者外周血淋巴细胞微核率比良性肿瘤组和正常人组显著增高(P<0.001),而银染核仁组成区(AgNORs)的颗粒数则明显降低(P<0.01)。结论 外周血淋巴细胞微核率和核仁组成区的测定可作为一种简便的癌症诊断和鉴别诊断的方法。

     

    Abstract: Objective Micronucleolus and silver-stained nucleolar organized region (AgNOR)were studied in patients with malignant tumor. Methods The peripheral blood Lymphocytes of 58 patients with cancer,37 patients with benign tumor and 45 healthy persons were tested. Results The frequency of micronucleolus in patients with cancer was higher in patients with benign tumor and controls (P<0.001),and the AgNOR was significantly lowered (P<0.05). Conclusion These results suggest silver-stained nucleolar organized region of the peripheral blood lymphocytes may be useful in diagnosis of tumor.
