晚期食管癌梗阻的内镜治疗

The Esophageal Obstrution of Advanced Esophageal Cancer was Relieved by Endoscopic Treatment

摘要: 目的　为了研究晚期食管癌梗阻患者经内镜扩张治疗后，采用局部化疗及注射榄香烯乳对食管梗阻的解除效果及对肿瘤的抑制率。方法　晚期食管癌患者64例，扩张后均采用局部化疗，局部注射榄香烯乳及支架置入手。结果　扩张后内镜局部化疗使肿瘤缓解80%达PR，而扩张后内镜局部注射榄香烯乳使肿瘤缓解8%达CR，92%达PR。结论　内镜下扩张置入支架安全易行，扩张后局部注射榄香烯乳对抑制肿瘤解决梗阻效果最佳。

Abstract: Objective To study the relieved rate of esoghageal carcinoma and obstruction by local chemotherapy and local injection of Elemene Emulsion Injection after dilation. Methods 64 cases of advanced esophageal cancer patients,who was taken dilation and then local injection of Elemene Emulsion Injection,local chemotherapy or put the esophageal stent separately. Results After dilation,the PR of carcinoma was about 80% in local chemotherapy group,however,in the group of Elemene Emulsion Injection CR was about 8%,PR was about 92%. Conclusion The esophageal stent was put into the esophageal lumen easily and it was safe by endoscopy,after dilation the best results were obtained by local injection of Elemene Emulsion Injection to relieve the esophageal carcinoma and obstruction.
