胃良、恶性病变中p16 蛋白表达的研究

摘要: 目的　探讨 p1 6蛋白在胃良、恶性病变中的表达及其与胃癌的发生、发展的关系。方法应用免疫组化 LSAB方法, 对 1 0例正常胃粘膜、35例良性病变和 65例胃癌中 p1 6的表达进行了检测。结果　p1 6蛋白在正常胃粘膜中的阳性率为 1 0 0 %, 在良性病变中的阳性率自 75%至 87.5%不等, 在胃癌中的阳性率为 30 .8%。在高、中分化胃癌中 p1 6的阳性表达率高于低、未分化者 (P<0 .0 5), p1 6的阳性表达与 TNM分期密切相关。结论　 p1 6参与了胃癌的发生、发展过程, 对预后的判断有意义。

Abstract: Objective To study the expression of p16 suppressor gene in benign and malignant gastric lesions and its correlation with occurrence and development of gastric cancer. Methods p16 was observed in 10 normal gastric tissue、35 benign lesions and 65 gastric cancer with LSAB immunohistochemical methods.
