白介素-6 对肺癌诊断及预后评价的临床价值

The Value of Serum for Diagnosis and Evalucation of Disease Extent in Lung Cancer Patients

摘要: 目的　探讨血清白介素 - 6(IL- 6)水平测定对肺癌诊断以及远道转移之间关系。方法　采用放免方法测定 44例不同组织类型肺癌与 34例健康对照组血清中白介素 - 6水平。结果　肺癌组患者 IL- 6水平显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 )。不同组织来源肺癌组之间 IL- 6变化无显著性差异(P>0 .0 5), 有远道转移组 (M1组 )较无转移组 (M0 组 ) IL- 6水平显著下降 (P<0 .0 5)。结论　测定血清中 IL- 6水平对肺癌的诊断, 有无远道转移及预后评估均有重要临床意义。

Abstract: Objective To find out the relationship of serum interlcukin-6 for diagnosis and evalucation of disease extent in patients with lung cancer. Methods serum IL-6 were detected in 44 cases of lung cancer patients and 34 cases normal subject using radio Immunoassay(RIA). Results T test dicated serum concentration of IL-6 had significent statistical differences among twl groups (P<0.01) .But the level of IL-6 had not statistical differences in lung cancer patients of different tumor tissue.The serum IL-6...
