p53 蛋白在化疗前后Ⅰ、Ⅱ 期巨块宫颈癌组织中的表达

Expression of p53 Protein in StageⅠ、Ⅱ Bulky Carcinoma of the Cervix Before and after Chemotherapy

摘要: 目的　探讨 p53蛋白的表达与宫颈癌化疗的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学 S- P法对2 8例化疗前后、期巨块宫颈癌组织中 p53蛋白的表达进行检测。结果　 2 8例宫颈癌组织化疗前后 p53蛋白的阳性表达率分别为 57.1 4% (1 6/2 8)和 82 .1 4% (2 3/2 8), 两者表达有显著性差异(P<0 .0 5) p53蛋白阳性表达与患者的化疗反应呈负相关 (P=0 .0 38)。结论　p53蛋白阳性表达与宫颈癌内在性耐药和获得性耐药均有关。 p53蛋白的表达情况能很好地预测宫颈癌的化疗耐药与反应。

Abstract: Objective To study the relationship between expression of p53 protein and chemotherapy of cervical cancer. Methods The expression of p53 protein in 28 stageⅠ、Ⅱ,bulky carcinoma of the cervix before and after chemotherapy was studied by means of S-|P immunohistochemistry.
