癌胚纤维连接蛋白mRNA 在大肠癌细胞中的表达

Expression of Oncofetal Fibronectin mRNA in Colon Cancer Cells

  • 摘要: 目的 检查癌胚纤维连接蛋白在大肠癌中的表达及转化生长因子 β1对其表达的影响。方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链法扩增癌胚纤维连接蛋白 EDA、EDB和 CS1剪切区, 并对目的片段进行酶切鉴定。结果 EDA、EDB和 CS剪切区在大肠癌细胞中表达阳性, EDB、 CS1表达仅局限于癌组织中 ;转化生长因子 β1可部分逆转 EDA、EDB的表达。结论 EDA、EDB和 CS在大肠癌基因诊断和治疗方面具有潜在的应用价值, 值得进一步研究。转化生长因子β1逆转 EDA、EDB表达可能是该因子抑制大肠癌浸润与转移的机理之一。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of oncofetal fibronectin mRNA isoforms in colon cancer cells and the effect of transforming growth factor β1(TGFβ1)on its expression.
