恶性肿瘤患者外周血细胞CD25 表达的临床意义

Clinical Signification on CD25⁺ Express of Peripheral Blood Cells in Patients with Malignant Tumors

摘要: 目的　探讨肿瘤患者血细胞 IL- 2 R表达的临床意义。方法　用流式细胞术对 41 3例肿瘤患者血细胞 CD2 5+者进行了检测。结果　肿瘤患者血细胞 CD2 5+表达率显著低于正常对照 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;肿瘤转移者、尚未化疗者的 CD2 5+表达率显著低于非转移者、已化疗患者 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论　肿瘤可以引起血细胞 IL- 2 R表达率降低, 伴肿瘤转移者更低 ;化疗可提高患者血细胞 IL- 2 R表达率。

Abstract: Objective To study clinical signification of IL-2R express on peripheral blood cells of patients with malignant tumors. Methods CD25\++cells percentage rate were measured in peripheral blood lymphcyte from 413 patients with malignant tumors by flow cytometry.
