异长春花硷联合化疗方案治疗晚期乳腺癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Combination Chemotherapy with NVB for Advanced Breast Cancer

摘要: 目的　观察含 NVB的联合化疗方案对晚期乳腺癌的疗效。方法　对 2 8例晚期乳腺癌患者行 NVB+PDD方案化疗。结果　总有效率为 53.6%, 其中软组织转移灶有效率为 60 .0 %, 淋巴结转移灶有效率为 50 .0 %, 肺、胸膜、肝脏及骨转移灶有效率分别为 33.3%、2 5.0 %、2 0 .0 %及7.1 %。单个器官 /组织转移者有效率 69.2 %, 多个器官 /组织转移者有效率 40 %。剂量限制性毒性为骨髓抑制, 外周静脉炎的发生亦较明显。结论　 NVB作为二线药物治疗晚期乳腺癌具有良好疗效。

Abstract: Objective To observeg the effect of the combination chemotherapy with NVB for advanced breast cancer. Methods 28 cases of advanced breast cancer patients were treated with chemotherapy consisting of NVB 25mg/m\+2,day1 and day8,PDD 40mg day1~day3,repeated every 28 days.
