摘要: 目的　探讨颅内脑膜瘤MRIT2 WI信号特征与脑膜瘤的质地、组织学类型关系。方法　回顾性分析 80例颅内脑膜脑膜瘤瘤体信号特征、组织类型及其质地的关系, 总结脑膜瘤术前MRI检查对其诊断和指导治疗的价值。结果　脑膜瘤T2 WI信号与脑膜瘤的组织类型、质地有关。结论　脑膜瘤T2 WI信号特征可在一定程度上反应脑膜瘤瘤体硬度和组织学类型

Abstract: Objective To study the correlations between T 2WI signal features in magnetic tesonance imaging (MRI),and the texture and histological types of meningiomas.
