特殊类型乳腺癌动态增强MRI诊断价值

摘要: 目的　评价乳腺动态增强MRI诊断特殊类型乳腺癌的价值。方法　回顾性分析 13例经手术病理证实的几种特殊类型乳腺癌的动态增强MRI表现特征。结果　 6例多中心性乳腺癌、4例多灶性乳腺癌及 2例隐匿型乳腺癌具有特征性MRI表现, 1例炎性乳腺癌病变广泛且形态多样, 缺乏特征性。结论　乳腺动态增强MRI对多中心性、多灶性乳腺癌及隐匿型乳腺癌有重要诊断价值, 对炎性乳腺癌的诊断需结合临床资料与急性乳腺炎鉴别

Abstract: Objective To assess the diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in special types of breast cancers. Methods The dynamic enhanced MRI features of 13 patients with histopathologically verified special types of breast cancers were reviewed. Results Characteristic MRI representations were found in 6 cases of multicentric breast cancer, 4 cases of multifocal breast cancer and 2 cases of occult breast cancer.Extensive and multiform lesions without characteristic were found in one cas...
