谷胱甘肽硫转移酶M1基因多态和吸烟与贲门癌易感性关系研究

Relationship between Glutathione S-transferase M1 Genetic Polymorphisms and Cigarette Smoking and Susceptibility of Cardial Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨谷胱甘肽硫转移酶M 1(GSTM1)基因多态和吸烟与贲门癌易感性关联。方法 GSTM1基因多态性用多重PCR技术检测。结果 GSTM 1空白基因型在贲门癌组 (6 2 .5 % )、低分化贲门癌组 (6 9.2 % )与对照组 (4 6 .5 % )之间的频率差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。GSTM1空白基因型在重度吸烟的贲门癌组 (75 .0 % )与对照组 (4 7.1% )之间的频率差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 GSTM1空白基因型与贲门癌遗传易感性有关, 肿瘤多呈低分化腺癌 ;重度吸烟可显著提高GSTM1空白基因型个体患贲门癌的危险性

     

    Abstract: Objective In this study, we analyzed the association cigarette smoking,glutathione S transferase M1(GSTM1) genetic polymorphisms with susceptibility of cardial carcinoma.
