平阳霉素乳剂对增生期毛细血管瘤细胞微环境的影响

Pingyangmycin Emulsion Influencing on Microenvironment of Infantile Proliferating Capillary Hemangiomas

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨平阳霉素(pingyangmycin,PYM)乳剂对增生期毛细血管瘤细胞微环境的影响,为血管瘤治疗提供新思路。方法 选取婴儿体表增生期毛细血管瘤30例,随机分为两组,将PYM制成乳剂,涂于用药组瘤体表面,1次/8小时;对照组则只涂以基质。用药7天后,手术切除瘤体,检测两组瘤体组织中VEGF、细胞外基质及细胞凋亡指数,分别进行统计学处理。另各取两组2例电镜观察细胞超微结构变化。结果 两组间VEGF表达(P〈0.05)和细胞外基质表达均有显著性差异(P〈0.01);细胞凋亡指数比较有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论 外用PYM乳剂可通过降低增生期毛细血管瘤组织中VEGF表达、抑制细胞外基质合成与再生和诱导细胞凋亡而促进其消退。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore pingyang mycin(PYM) emulsion influencing on the microenvironment of infantile proliferating capillary hemangiomas so as to find the optimal method for hemangiomas' treatment.
