摘要

摘要: 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中bcl—x1和bcl-2表达情况及其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法，检测10例正常肺组织，49例NSOLC组织和9例配对淋巴结转移癌组织中的bcl—x1及bcl-2表达强度。结果 NSCLC组织中，bcl—x1表达强度显著高于正常肺组织(P<0．05)。伴淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织bcl—x1和bcl-2表达强度均高于不伴淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织(P<0．01)。NSCLC中bcl—xl与bcl-2表达强度无相关性(P>0．05)。结论 bcl—x1表达增强可能与NSCLC发生有关。bcl—x1和bcl-2表达增强在NSCLC的淋巴结转移方面可能起着重要作用。在NSCIC组织中，bcl—x1与bcl-2表达无相关性。

Abstract: Objective 　To investigate the expression level and clinic pathological significance of bcl-xl and bcl-2 in non2small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) . Methods 　The immunohistochemist ry was used to determine the expression of bcl-xl and bcl-2 in 10 normal bronchial epithelium, 49 primary NSCLC and 9 paired lymph node metastases. Results 　The immunointensity of bcl2xl in NSCLC was higher than that in normal bronchial epithelium ( P < 0. 05) . The immunointensity of bcl-xl and bcl-2 in NSCLC with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis ( P < 0. 01) .The expression were not correlated between bcl-xl and bcl-2. Conclusion 　The up-regulation of bcl-xl was probably related to the tumor genesis of NSCLC. The overexpression of bcl-xl and bcl-2 may play an important role in the lymph node metastasis of NSCLC. There was no correlation between bcl-xl and bcl-2 in NSCLC.
