食管癌组织端粒酶活性检测的意义

Signifiance of the determination of telomerase activity in esophageal cancer

摘要: 目的　探讨食管癌组织端粒酶活性检测的意义。方法　采用TRAP结合银染分析技术检测了33例食管癌组织及相应癌旁组织, 8例良性疾病组织。结果　 33例中 2 9例阳性表达, 阳性率 87.9%。而癌旁组织有 2例阳性表达, 阳性率 6 .1%, 8例良性疾病组织均为阴性。 2 3例有淋巴结转移的病例中 2 2例呈阳性表达, 阳性率 95 .6 %。食管癌组织端粒酶活性检测阳性率明显高于癌旁组织及良性疾病组织。端粒酶活性表达与癌细胞分化程度及淋巴结转移有密切关系。结论　测定食管癌组织中端粒酶活性对食管癌诊断及预后判断有重要价值

Abstract: objective To investigate the signifiance of the determination of telomerase activity in esophageal cancer. Methods Using telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP)and silver staining methods,33 cases of esophageal cancer and paracarcinous tissues and 8 casea benign disease tissues were detected.
