P-GP、GST-∏在癌旁正常组织表达对胃癌预后影响的研究

Study of P-gp and GST-P Express ion in Stomach Norma l Tissue and Its Relation ship with Prognosis

摘要: 目的　探讨 P糖蛋白 (P- glycoprotein,P- gp)谷胱肽转移酶 π(Glutathione- s-Transferase- π GST- π)在癌旁正常组织中的表达及与预后的关系。方法　应用抗鼠抗人 P- gp、GST-π单克隆抗体对 80例胃癌进行免疫组化研究。结果　 P- gp、GST-π在癌旁正常组织中表达与生存期呈正相关 (P<0 .0 5 ), 表达阳性者生存期长。结论　P- gp、GST- π在癌旁正常组织中的表达与预后有关, 可做为预后指标。

Abstract: Objective In order to investigate the expression of P gp and GST π in normal tissue and its influences to prognosis. Methods 80 cases of paraffin embedded stomach cancer tissues were stained immunohistochemically for P gp and GST π monoclonal antibody after pressure cooker heating of tissue section and correlated the results with survival time.
