大肠癌EGFR, c-erbB-2, CD44v6 及p 53 基因联合表达与临床病理分析

摘要: 目的 探讨在大肠癌中 EGFR、c- erb B- 2、CD44v6和 p5 3基因蛋白联合表达与病理特征的关系, 以及在各临床阶段的表达差异。方法 对 6 3例存档大肠癌石蜡组织标本进行重新切片, 分别采用 EGFR、c- erb B- 2、CD44v6和 p5 3四种单克隆抗体进行免疫组化染色 (SABC法 )。染色结果与大肠癌分化程度、浸润深度及临床分期 (Dukes)进行比较。结果 EGFR、c- erb B- 2、CD44v6和p5 3联合阳性表达与大肠癌肿瘤大小、组织分级、浸润深度均无显著相关 ;而随着临床分期的进展, 阳性表达的基因数目逐渐增多, 二者之间具有显著线性相关趋势。结论 联合检测 EGFR、c- erb B-2、CD44v6和 p5 3对准确判断大肠癌浸润转移有所帮助。Abstract: Objective This study was performed to investigate the expressions of EGFR, c erbB 2, CD44v6, p53 in colorectal cancers, and determine whether these expressions are progressively increasing across the Dukes stage.
